Review: Caudalie Vinopure Range

October 24, 2021

Hello, long time no see. I hope everyone’s having a good Sunday. Caudalie kindly gifted me their four-step Vinopure routine, and I’m going to share my initial thoughts.

Inside the little goodie box was:

  • Purifying Gel Cleanser | £16 | Shop
  • Purifying Toner | £18 | Shop
  • Blemish Control Serum | £29 | Shop
  • Mattifying Moisturiser | £23 | Shop

The four products arrived a few weeks ago, just as I was finishing up a cleanser and a blemish-focused serum, so I was able to jump straight into those! And so far, they both seem pretty great – but I’ve got to say the cleanser is my favourite of the two. It lathers really well, feels super gentle, and doesn’t leave my skin squeaky clean – which is pretty much what I look for in a cleanser. And also, for using it every morning for two weeks, i’ve barely made a dent in it! ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣I predominantly applied the blemish control serum on my t-zone and jawline, both where I had active breakouts. And although it gave no instant results (which is standard for a blemish-focused serum), on around day 7 or 8, I noticed that the breakouts around my jawline had reduced massively! Not completely gone, but definitely reduced, which is great as they’re typically the most stubborn for me. (The breakout has since gone, but that was when i noticed a visible difference) ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣

I can’t comment too much on the moisturiser or the toner as I haven’t been using them for long enough to form a full opinion, but all-in-all, they seem okay! Typically, I don’t love mattifying moisturisers as I love to have that extra bit of shine, but what I will say is that I was surprised at how hydrated my skin felt (and looked) when using all four products in one routine.⁣⁣⁣

I am going to continue using them all, but the true test of my love for them will depend if they appear in further routines, so keep your eyes peeled for that! ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣Have you tried anything from the Caudalie Vinopure range?⁣⁣⁣

I had only previously tried their Grape Water Mist, which i loved! ⁣⁣
