Review: Polyglutamic Acid | Inkey List

July 20, 2020

I recently introduced the Inkey List Polyglutamic Acid into my routine and I’ve got to say, I’m in love! I am not one to suffer with dry skin, but since increasing my retinol usage I have noticed a few days when my skin needs something else. And sometimes a heavy moisturiser is just too much.

Introducing, Polyglutamic Acid…

Firstly, if you’re like me and have no clue what The Inkey List Polyglutamic Acid means or does, then don’t worry, I’ve saved you a google search:

  • it’s a thick serum
  • helps lock in moisture
  • holds 4 times more moisture than hyaluronic acid
  • can help reduce the appearance of fine lines

How great does the Polyglutamic Serum sound?

I apply a thin layer as the last serum in both my AM and PM routine, and then follow with a moisturiser. From day one my skin felt smoother, looked plumper, and I had all-day moisture. Unlike some products, the Polyglutamic Acid sinks in almost instantaneously, doesn’t pill, and leaves no sticky base.

It’s the first of its kind in my collection, so I can’t compare it to other products. But I have a feeling that it’s going to be a permanent product in it!

To conclude, I am honestly so impressed.

The Inkey List Polyglutamic Acid has skyrocketed to the #1 place for my favourite product of theirs.

Have you tried this?
Can you even pronounce it? Hahaha.
