Hello, let’s chat hydration!
As an oily guy who never drinks his 2 litres of water a day, I can get quite dehydrated! This is shown on my skin through fine lines, dullness, and lack of firmness. However, to combat that I always try to have at least one Hyaluronic Acid in my routine.
I absolutely loved using The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid (see this post: April Empties) and £5.99 for 30ml, I couldn’t complain. Except the fact I ended up using the whole bottle in a mere 2 weeks!
So whilst browsing, I discovered the supersized Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 from The Ordinary. Retailing £10.60 for 60ml, I was blown away! I love The Ordinary, I’ve yet to find a product from them that I haven’t loved.
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid features three forms of HA, plus Vitamin B5, all which allow a deeper absorption into the skin, thus giving the skin long-lasting hydration.
Sounds great, but does it work?
Yes!
After using the product morning and evening for 2 weeks straight, I noticed my skin felt/looked a lot plumper, naturally dewy, and my fine lines were less noticeable! Plus, for £10.60 (£5.90 for 30ml), you really can’t go wrong. It’s a simple product that gives amazing results.
If you’re someone who wants to start taking better care of their skin, I would recommend this for your routine! It seems to be great for all skin types, but always remember to meet with a dermatologist before taking advice from the internet!
